These powerballs from Clean Eats and Treats are so easy to make and remind me of my favorite holiday treat, peanut butter balls. They are great for breakfast or a snack. The scoop of vanilla protein powder is a nice bonus to help you feel full. I usually soak the chia seeds in a little bit of milk for a few minutes to soften them up, and I omit the hemp seeds just because I never have them on hand!
