I use this cookbook weekly. The recipes are great and she tells you how to meal prep in a single session so you can throw together your meals each day in about thirty minutes. I would describe her recipes as family-friendly with a non-traditional twist. These are not boring meals! They are packed with flavor and my gluten-eating family members think they are delicious, too. I highly recommend this book.
